Our team
Brad Bloom
FounderBrad brings deep expertise in talent, workforce strategy and organisational scaling to IMPRESIV.
He has spent over two decades working across global talent solutions, partnering with organisations to solve complex hiring and workforce challenges. His experience spans both consulting and in-house environments, giving him a practical understanding of how talent strategy connects to broader business transformation.
Brad has led large-scale, international engagements for organisations including Deloitte, bp and other global enterprises, helping to design and deliver talent solutions that support growth, transformation and operational performance. His work has covered everything from embedded and managed recruitment models through to executive hiring, workforce planning and organisational design.
His focus is on ensuring organisations have access to the right capability at the right time — particularly in the context of transformation programmes where execution is critical. He has built and led high-performing teams, scaled delivery functions, and supported businesses as they navigate periods of rapid change.
At IMPRESIV, Brad brings a strong belief that transformation is ultimately delivered by people. His approach combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of execution, helping clients bridge the gap between ambition and outcomes through the right talent, structure and delivery model.
Sivegan Naidoo
Sivegan brings deep technical expertise and real-world transformation insight to IMPRESIV.
He is a technology and data specialist with two decades of experience at the intersection of finance, data and enterprise technology. His career spans both management consulting and leadership roles within large organisations, giving him a grounded understanding of what it takes to deliver complex transformation programmes — not just design them.
His focus includes Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), finance technology and data-driven decision making. He has led initiatives that modernise finance and data capabilities, strengthen reporting and planning processes, and help organisations realise greater value from their technology and analytics investments. His technical background spans platforms such as Oracle and NetSuite, alongside broader enterprise data and reporting ecosystems.
Having worked across financial services, consulting and sectors including telecommunications, retail, mining and the public sector, Sivegan combines strong academic foundations with hands-on leadership in complex corporate environments. This blend of theory, industry perspective and practical delivery enables him to guide organisations through transformation with strategic clarity and disciplined execution.
